- Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, interest, or collections action.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Jobs are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Delays: Alpha Tree Pros is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Access: Customer is responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the work site.
- Markings: The customer must notify Alpha Tree Pros of any underground utilities or hazards. Alpha Tree Pros is not responsible for unmarked utilities or sprinkler systems.
- Damage: Reasonable care will be taken, but Alpha Tree Pros is not liable for minor lawn damage or incidental wear and tear.

We adhere to industry safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment. However, customers and pets must remain a safe distance from work areas.
